The abstract submission deadline is Saturday, April 1, 2023. Authors must be registered to attend the conference.

TOP ABSTRACTS:
*Receive FREE registration to the 2023 AABIP Annual Conference.
*Will be invited to present at a session hall at AABIP Annual Conference.
*Receive $100 honorarium.

Photography and Filming Disclaimer
Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the AABIP Conference 2023. These images may be used on future promotional materials and publications by AABIP events. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent to being recorded and for your images and recordings to be used in any future AABIP Event material and publications.

The official language of the Annual Conference will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.
Participants are advised to wear business casual for all Annual Conference functions and programs.
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip. The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
