Formal mentorship is associated with improvements in engagement, burnout, leadership readiness, and overall morale, especially for underrepresented minority faculty.

An interactive discussion will outline the concepts of training for the mentor and the mentee, and identify resources for building mentorship programs at home institutions.[/accordion_son][/accordion_father]
